Refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of Farbes Management LLC if:

• Duplicate charges occur.
• A technical issue prevents delivery and cannot be resolved.
• Required by applicable law.

Customers agree to contact Farbes Management LLC before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action where permitted by law.
